As part of its outreach to the community, Navarro College – Waxahachie campus is extending an invitation to Ellis County businesses and industries to attend a College and Industry Collaboration meeting from 9-11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15, in room C144, Building C.

Campus administrators want to hear from business and industry members what educational services they need for their employees. At the same time, there will be information shared about the partnerships that can be developed between Navarro and local businesses and industries, including grant opportunities and other programs to where educational services are provided at no cost.

“We need information from industries and businesses about the programs they want to see,” Waxahachie Campus Dean Terry Gibson said. “We want to provide the community with a strong workforce.”
