Volunteers packed the Waxahachie Senior Activity Center on Thursday night to wrap the gifts collected for the Be A Santa To A Senior program. Gift wrapping took place in the main entryway, hallways and ballroom as about 2,700 gifts were collected during November and December. The gifts were slated for distribution to senior citizens, assisted living patients, the Salvation Army, veterans, a homeless shelter and patients at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Waxahachie.
