Century 21 Judge Fite Company has announced that DeAnne Fite will serve as the new regional sales manager for the Midlothian Regional Office. Fite previously served as the office’s assistant regional sales manager and has more than 16 years of experience in the industry.

Fite said the focus in her new role is to live out the company’s mission statement by serving the community, developing people, having fun and achieving profits. She plans to engage her team with in-office events, training and volunteer opportunities designed to help them grow both personally and professionally while giving back to the communities they serve.

“I am so excited to be working with the best group of real estate professionals in Ellis County,” Fite said. “Our team is a great support to the community because of their knowledge of the local market and ability to provide world-class service. I plan to work beside the team in giving back and making sure they feel confident to go list and sell more real estate.”

District sales manager Bill Steddum said it was exciting to watch Fite realize a long-held goal.

“DeAnne is an amazing leader, and we are very proud to have her leading the Midlothian region,” he said.

Fite said she conducts her business and her leadership according to the company’s first core value of honesty, integrity and always doing the right thing. Her goal, she said, is to always keep the door open for agents to connect and grow.

“We will have a lot of fun in the office through group activities, lunches, learning opportunities, book clubs, mentor groups and more,” Fite said. “I hope to bring my years of experience in to help the team grow their business and help their clients.”
