Congratulations are extended to Patrick, who began an internship with the Waxahachie Police Department this week. Patrick is shown with Police Chief Wade Goolsby (at left) and Assistant Police Chief Joe Wiser.

In a Facebook post, Daymark Living wrote, “When we first met Patrick 3 years ago, he told us that his goal was to become a police officer. [Monday], with the support of Daymark’s staff and his family, he left campus for his first day interning with the Waxahachie Police Department. Patrick set a goal, advocated for himself and has now taken a huge step towards achieving his dream. Help us congratulate him on this huge accomplishment!”

Daymark Living extends its appreciation to Waxahachie PD for believing in its residents “and taking action to provide them with opportunities to reach their highest potential.”
