The Waxahachie Shakespeare Club recently held its conservation program at the Poston Gardens on Cantrel Street. Grace Tamminga arranged the tour of the beautiful tulip garden and her son, Luke, drove the ladies around to view the tulips in various stages of their growth. Pictured here amid the tulips is Grace as she conducted the tour. Members were invited back to the Gardens on Saturday, March 28, for the festival of flowers, music and good food. The next club meeting will be at 2 p.m. April 7 at the Ellis County Woman’s Building. Grace Butler has arranged a program of board games to be enjoyed by members and guests.
